Low Pressure Diaphragm Gauges are universally known for their dependable performance and accuracy. Incorporating a unique design feature, the diaphragm element allows accurate low pressure readings in a variety of applications.
Featuring a bronze diaphragm element, the gauge is capable of ASME/ANSI Grade A-1% accuracy for ranges above 30 inches of water. Ranges are available in vacuum and pressure in inches of water, ounces per square inch and millimeters of mercury. |

Specifications Accuracy: For ranges 30" H20 & above: ASME Grade A = +/- 2/1/2% (+/- 1% of range over middle half of scale, +/- 2% elsewhere). For ranges below 30" H20: +/- 3/1/3% (+/-1% over middle half of scale, 3% elsewhere). Case Sizes: 2.5", 3.5", 4.5" diameter. Case Material: Drawn steel phosphatized for rust resistance and finished with black paint. Case Style: 2.5": LM = Plain case with bottom connect. CB = Plain case with center back connect. UC = U-Clamp case with center back connect. FF = Three-holed front flanged case with center back connect. 3.5" & 4.5": Plain case with bottom mount only (LM). |

Diaphragm & Socket: Phosphor bronze diaphragm soft-soldered to brass socket. Movement: Brass sector and pinion with polycarbonate top & bottom plates. Connection: 1/8" & 1/4" NPT. Plug = rubber vacuum cleaner plug (2.5" only). Hose = three feet of rubber hose (2.5 only). Gas Test Kit. Ranges: Dual Scale with kPa: 0 to 200" H20 VAC; 0 to 300" H2O, 0 to 10 PSI, 0 to 160 Oz/In2. TRIPLE SCALE: 0 to 58 Oz/In2, in H2O, and kPa. COMPOUND RANGES. Dial: Black markings on white background, anodized aluminum. Pointer: Black aluminum with brass bushing. Window: 2.5" & 3.5": twist-on Clearlok acrylic window. 4.5": flat acrylic window with steel friction ring. Restrictor: 0.013" standard. No restrictor on 0 to 10" H2O range. |
