General Description

The Model KL5H Turbo-Toc® is 5 GPM, Kidney Loop, Pressure Coalescence Turbine Oil Conditioner that continuously pumps oil from the Steam Driven Boiler Feed Pump's main turbine reservoir, cleans and dries the turbine oil, and returns the turbine oil under pressure to the reservoir. It is designed for continuous 24/7 operation and is engineered with continuous operation rated components. The KL5H is capable of maintaining "Reservoir Cleanliness" on a reservoir sized between 301- 600 gallons. This unit is ideal for Steam Driven Boiler Feed Pumps.

The Turbo-Toc® is a Self-Contained, Skid Mounted, Micro-Processor Controlled, Full Status Control Panel, Pressure Coalescence System that features an Automatic Water Drain and a Totalizing Water Meter to help your Power Plant monitor water removal and/or predict critical maintenance.
