Mid-States Engineering's MSE-HC-03 Lube Filtration System for Coal Handling (Conveyor) Gear Boxes:

This system is designed with a High Collapse Filter Vessel and Filter elements that will ensure fail safe operation during cold start-ups and continuous filtration operation of Gear Box Lubes in cold weather climates.

HY-PRO- PF2 High Pressure Vessel (4000 psi Operating Pressure-High Collapse Rating)

Filter Change Status Light (Yellow) is preset to 50 psi
Inlet "Y" Strainer for pump protection (30 Mesh)
Back-Plate Mount System Design - 24"H x 24"W (see drawing)
Weather Proof Motor
Lube Oil Sampling Ports (Inlet & Outlet)
NEMA 12 Motor Starter Enclosure
Power Requirements 220/460V - 3 Phase (Weather-Proof Motor)
Gear Pump/Motor (1 hp) rated for 24/7 Continuous Operation
System is Engineered to handle up to ISO 460 Lube Oils

During normal operating conditions in the plant, if our Equipment and Filter Performance Guarantee is not met, based on ISO approved sampling results, Mid-States Engineering agrees to deliver, at our cost, necessary services and materials until the Performance Guarantee is met.
